- We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash and checks.
- All purchases must be prepaid or paid at the store (if a local purchase) at the time of
purchase or pick up. - We do NOT deliver COD. In the event you use a check there will be a delay until the
check clears unless it is a bank check or certified. - Commercial purchases require a 50% deposit with balance due (7) days before delivery
and installation. - State Government Cooperative Programs, Municipalities, State Agencies, all other
government entities can purchase with an official purchase order. - Lease Programs – Please ask about our available lease options.

- Orders canceled after 72 hours of processing are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased Fitness Lifestyles, Inc. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns plus any applicable pick up fees that maybe incurred…
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price (less the above fees), plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & return pick-up handling charges.
All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable:
Clearance items, floor models, installed swing sets delivered outdoor furniture, discontinued items, free weights, dumbbells and plates. Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Fitness Lifestyles product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fitness Lifestyles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fitness Lifestyles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fitness Lifestyles shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Fitness Lifestyles without notice at any time, for any reason. Impersonation of others, including a Fitness Lifestyles or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
