Our Service Department consists of factory-trained field service technicians, an in-house parts department and shop for customer repairs, certified installers, and a 24-hour service voice mail system for after-hours calls. Our service manager, Lucia Parker, is your business hours contact that can help you with any service concerns or parts order.
Currently, we offer the following service programs:
On-call Emergency Service Visits
In most cases, our service department will respond to an incoming service call within 48-72 hours.
Warranty Service Visits
Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Visits and Contracts
Regular preventative maintenance not only ensures safe and proper operation of your fitness equipment, but it also prolongs the life expectancy of the units. Contract Quotes are available upon request.
Padding and re-upholstery can be completed either on-site or at our Asbury Park shop.
Fitness Equipment Appraisals
Fitness Lifestyles will come on-site to evaluate, estimate, and appraise your equipment for the bank in the event of acquiring a business loan.
Used Equipment Trade-in
Fitness Lifestyles now has the biggest pre-owned equipment showroom in New Jersey. We can offer you a trade-in on new equipment or our consignment service.
Installation & Relocations
